Why are the brake, battery and door open lights flickering.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
Just replaced the alternator. Battery and alternator are testing good. Next day
the battery, brake and door open lights start flickering at low speeds. Also the
trip mileage a and b are running simultaneously.

make sure the belt tension is correct , was the batt, fully charged before you fired it up or did the new alt. have to do the job ? are all electrical connections tight ?

What do that mean what's wrong it ain't never did that
Still flashing. Doesn’t do it when I have the air conditioner on though
No it’s still happening. Any suggestions?
Does it affect anything, I've tried all kinds of new grounds and nothing. My car is also randomly dying has new fuel pump battery and alternator but it died on me and fuel pump wasnt kicking on so I put a new one in worked for a day drove it and it died again switched the fuel pump fuse and it fired right up drove a mile and it died again switched fuses and nothing let it sit awhile and it starts when it wants to what you think?
(TOP POST) @beatupchevy answered 2 years ago! Oh man, this guy saved me, thanks beatupchevy!! I changed my alternator and had the light issue come up during my test drive. I closed the hood and went online to read up on it and read that everyone changed alternators 2 or 3 times before it went away. I knew it had to be something else so I stumbled upon what beatupchevy recommended and it fixed my issue. My tension was a few turns to loose, I tightened it up a little more and problem went away.
Ignition starter switch harness may be the problem especially if you're having your fuel pump shutting off too
I did the eld bypass (electronic load detector) it seems to have fixed the brake+ battery lights flickering .
