Probably (most likely) the brake switch located under the dashboard at or near the top of the brake pedal lever. It could just be loose and needs to be tightened or it could be worn and needs to be replaced. get someone to help, and one of you watches the brake lights while the other operates the switch with you finger. If the light goes out when you depress the switch, it probably needs tightening because it has shifted or rotated out of proper position. If the lights stay on, buy a new one. Let me know how you make out please.
