Question type: Car Customization

How do the 2 litre engines in the old accords perform? The car is so old that it has A carb on it but works quit well. Not the greatest on gas 23 mpg city.Has a new timing belt on it and new plugs, wires. This whole car has only has 141000 kms or 80 or 90,000 on it.
Also how hard and costly would it be to convert the accord in to a 5 speed ?
   Thanks for all your input

Not so much. I would sooner trade it on a 5-speed as you'll have well more than the car is worth trying to convert it.

bad. the 5 speed swap, well you can find a tranny for about 500, then a clutch pedal assembly for about 100, you need a master cylinder, and also run a clutch line from the tranny to the pedals. and a ITR motor is about $5k
