hmm 83 is pretty old. id check out the entire car for rust. look at the frame rails, the quarters and such. if it has no rust at all id offer a couple hundred bucks (200) thats if it runs real good. if its rusted out, its not worth it. its also very hard to find parts for those cars. you might want to look into something newer.
