The driver seat moves slightly fore and aft when shifting. Is there a way to remove the play in the electric driven seat track?

Pax seat does not do this... so it is probably a wear issue.  Has anyone experienced it
and found a fix?

Look on bimmerforum.com I had this problem. It is worn plastic bushings. Local shop charged $300 but it was worth it

New, much more durable bushings are available for about $25.00 for both seats. Figure around 3 hours of your time, and you're fixed for good.
