07 toyota camery, heating problem. Heater blows cold air all the time on drivers side, pasenger side works ok. Front defroster blinks when first starting .Is this a fuse or what?

Blend doors or actuator motors are very hard to get to. Have to tear the whole dash apart. If you don't plan on doing it yourself, your best bet is to bring it to a good mechanic or the dealer.
