Do you have dual zone climate controls - driver and passenger -- or is it just floor/defrost/dash. I Have a thought IF you have the option like on an Avalon. If so, it has. two air mix control dampers; one for the driver's side and one for the passenger side. They are independently controlled and operated by electric servo motors. And does the drivers side just not get cold or no air comes out at all, even warm? Now if your Camry does not have the dual-zone, it may be low on refrigerant, it goes to the passenger side first then through ducts to drivers side and by the time it gets across it's not cold then.

It's only floor defrost dash. I think it's only one control. And the driver side blows air but It's warm, while the passenger blows cool, I thought it was low on coolant, but went recharge it and mechanic Said it has some kind of restriction on it and it could be the compressor and it wasn't holding the Coolant then he drains out the coolant so it's hot on both sides now, then I went another mechanic he puts half a can in it and it blows the hose on his gun. So now it's cool on the passenger side and warm air on driver
