Seems like related to ur overheat. Did u start there? Did u blow a head gasket. Check plugs? Did u look ur oil? If they have antifreeze on them or are they wet u may have blown headgasket.

You might consider checking for stored codes in the computer.
Do you have fuel into engine? Spark at the Spark Plugs. Check all vacuum lines, to MAP sensor, Temperature Control Sensor, Idle Control Sensor, Throttle Body sensor and also clean TB. Crankshaft/ Camshaft Positioning Sensor OK?

Your car may also be in what’s called emergency mode the ecu does this with electric fails. Fender benders, timing belt needs replaced, oil is to low, or it also happens with blown head gaskets, and if your shifting sensor goes out common with automatic Toyota vehicles
