MAINT' - Maintenance due aka service your vehicle You are approaching your vehicles maintenance schedule. When you hit the appropriate mileage, the maintenance light would not disappear and would remain on.

@COMETGUY61 yes that is what it typically means, however, for instance I just took my boyfriend's 2015 Toyota Camry in to get the oil changed and while I was there they did a full assessment of the car and everything else was fine but yet ever since he has had the maintenance light blink 8 times every time he turns on the car so we're trying to figure out why that would be?? Any ideas?

Spark plugs when it’s blinking, solid it’s a oil change your misfiring.
