2004 Ford F-150 5.4 triton motor starting issues

The car starts and runs fine when you pour
gas into the injectors the problem is the fuel
gets all the way through the rail but doesn't
drop down into the injectors how do I repair
this what could possibly be the problem

It sounds like you have no fuel pressure could be the pump could be fuel pressure sending unit it's definitely not pressurizing the fuel system. But on another note I would suggest unloading that truck asap! 5.4's are total flawed motor their an engineering nightmare! Ford got sued over that motor for how defected they are , spark plugs are an absolute horror , rockers bust maniflod cracks and breaks as early as 20k miles coill packs need changed their junk the entire motor is junk it's not if it will grenade it's when it will grenade it's 100% that that motor will fail
