002 Ford F-150 5.4 Triton motor is missing real bad....just had top end done...sos...Cant even find the plug wires...ugh

There are no plug wires like older engines. If the engine is missing there should be codes to read and the check engine light on. My guess is that you have problems with some of the coils on the plugs. On your engine you have a coil for each plug. They go bad and cause a miss but the computer will tell you which ones. Washing the engine and getting water in the spark plug wells ruins the coils.
