Stripping a plug is common with these Ford Triton engines, sometimes owners blowing the out of the head. The truck should be full cooled down, and you will need to a drill and tap kit and make sure the cylinder you are working on the valve is not in the up position if you are going to repair without removing the cylinder head. Look online and search, spark plugs triton V8, there is a ton of Information out there.
