2001 ford f150 4.2l will crank but wont fire

Hi so I have this truck and from the start it was
running and began to run at a high idle. Turned the
vehicle off and after that it would not fire. So
getting it home I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel
filter, pressure tested st the shrader valve to find
40lb of pressure. Replaced the spark plugs and
verified for spark. Replaced the idle air control
valve and the throttle position control solenoid.
Pulled one fuel injector puting 12v to it and that
does shoot fluid. I have voltage to 2 of the injector
plugs I have checked. All fuses and relays are
good. It will fire with starter fluid but wont run on
it's own. Any thoughts and perspectives would be
nice.

I have same problem with with 06/f150 can figure out.any help no fire no fuel to injectors
