its getting fuel but wont run just rebuilt engine new heads there is power to the
coils
Any codes? Recheck your work you may have missed a connection or even a ground, it only takes one to mess it up.

A sensor may have quit by pure coincidence while you had it apart so treat it like any other no start issue .
