Check  engine  light  blinks  while  driving  but  don't  feel  like  it  effects  how  
it's  running , also not  firering  right  on  number  7  cylinder  comes and goes

Sparkplug, plug wire (if equipped) or bad coil on plug (if equipped) are the likely causes. When were the sparkplugs last changed? How many miles on this F-150?
