1992 Ford F-150 5.0

Hey guys maybe y'all can help me out my
truck runs take off fine but not like it should
once I hit 25 to 30 it won't get up an go
feels like I'm putting around now was
working fine till yesterday ,I put sea foam in
it still didn't work thought it would clean it
out  is it a fuel filter or transmission filter  ?
any suggestions would be most  
appreciated

It could be a fuel filter, should change that out anyway, or fuel regulator, also it may be the catalytic converter getting plugged up. To determine if it is a fuel issue, then a fuel pressure test can be done to determine if it is the regulator, and on the cat, just drive it, get it warmed up good, park in a dark area and look at the cat with the engine still running. If it is plugged, it would have a orange glow to it.
