The resistors in your instrument cluster/panel have broken away from their solder points. To fix, the panel will need to be removed and opened to replace and re-soldier the resistors. Their are sellers on eBay who do this work, but the panel will need to be shipped to them to do the noted repair. If you don’t want to go that route, ask your mechanic if he or she knows of a place that can do the repair. Thanks!
