Parts stores will have pre formed brake lines for nearly all makes and models. You would need to know which line it is, they'll have diagrams to help identify what you need. Just need basic tools, and be sure to soak couplings in liquid wrench or PB Blaster for a day or two before you start wrenching on them. You'll have to bleed brakes afterwards, so a small clear hose and catch bottle and a helper will be needed. A repair manual isn't needed but always nice, or a youtube "how to" vid, if you want to see all the steps before starting.

In-line tube sells pre-formed lines in stainless for about $33 a pair. Make sure you tell them it's for an '05 so you get the correct fittings. Earlier models had a larger fitting at the master cylinder.
