Is the security light blinking or off? If so try this 30 minute reset, bump the starter then let the key go back to run, watch the security light it will start out flashing or on steady after about 10 minutes the light should change if it was flashing it will come on steady and if it was on steady the light will flash, when this happens or 10 minutes have passed turn thekey off then bump the starter again, do this 3 times hence 30 minute reset.
