Start with the basics......(1) modern cars will not crank if the battery voltage is below a factory determined voltage. (2) Does the battery have a full charge (3) are the battery terminals clean and tight (4) are the battery cables tight on the other end (at the starter and ground)

I have lights etc but no sound at all when u turn key. I have checked connections they are tight it is fully charged the battery I had it checked. Terminals are clean. There is only 2 keys on the ring so no weight to speak of with the key Fob.
