where is the windshield washer pump fuse?

I can not identify the windshield washer pump fuse.i got new pump,connection is okey,wipers are running but no water,

I have a 2004 Buick Park Avenue and my windshield washer just quit. I checked the WSW and another WSW? fuse and they were both good. I then checked the voltage at the pump and I was getting voltage. I then took a wrench and pecked on the side of the pump and it started working again.
