Where is the windshield washer pump fuse located?

Not in the owners manual. Looked in fuse box under back seat nad in fuse box under hood. Not in either place.

Check under the dash on the passenger side.... I think that there are 3 fuse boxes.. This is where it is at in a 2000 park avenue. Troubleshooting what maybe a similar problem and figuring that there is a relay for the pump in the wiper motor circuit board. My thinking is that if you have wipers then it isn't your fuse because I think it is a common fuse. Then your down to the relay in the wiper motor circuit board, wiring, switch, or pump. Don't forget ground wires too.

I can't find any info anywhere on a relay for the washer; this is driving me nuts. I replaced the pump; blew through the hose up to just below the wipers; had wifey turn on washer while I felt of motor and no vibration at all. I may start yanking and replacing wires; there are two splices just above the motor.
