Door locks, radio and trunk release stopped working, all fuses have been checked. What would cause this?

1998 Buick Park avenue 233,000 miles.  Automatic door locks, radio, electric seat on drivers side and interior trunk release stopped working.  All fuses have been checked and all are fine.  What could be causing this?

It is the # 28 10amp fuse under backseat top left hand corner ....FOR SURE

I have 2002 park Avenue doors want lock radio want play trunk want open

the doors wont open except the front passenger door

I have a 2003 Buick park avenue, while I'm driving it will lock and unlock the doors, honks, the dashboard lights come on and off at random times, and when the key is out and the door is open it still plays the radio. On the computer side, it does not read anything for 2 mechanics. What is wrong?
