Check the basics. I don't know what testing you've done other than gas in the throttle-body. Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? If your fully obd1 you should be able to check some codes, yourself, if the check engine lamp works. You use a jumper at the A & B terminals at the aldl. Turn key just till dash lites come on, then the mil on the dash starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes. If you find a code, let us know.

Just wanted to add diagram for fuel pump. Did you check voltage and ground at fuel pump connector, engine cranking, the gray wire is voltage, black wire is ground. At the fuel pump relay, did you check for voltage at switch side of relay, use a test light, the switch side of relay is that line with arrowhead, hot all the time and fuse protected, if no voltage, did you check the fuse.
