why dont my tail lights dont work but my head lights , and brake light do and my signl ligh come on but does not blink

if the signal light is steady, you have a bad bulb. inspect all or repace on the side that does not blink. if both are not blinking, it can be the main solenoid not working.

REPLACE LIGHT THATS NOT WORKING(TURN SIGNAL) IF THAT DOES NOT WORK,FOLLOW THE WIRING LOOK FOR BROKEN OR BURNT WIRE,THEN CHECK FUSES SOME TIMES THEY LOOK OK ,PULL OUT AND CHECK CENTER FOR BROKEN LEAD.
