Car has no power need help

I have a pt and I change the starter and when I try
starting it all the lights came on and it turned over
one time but then all power was lost and now the
car has no power at all no head light no nothing I've
check the battery I've overlook the power line a
few times and the ground a few times I have power
at ever fuse they have power but four of them and
there the relay for the starter but that still doesn't
explain why there is no light or anything i can't even
put my obd scanner on it because there is no
power at all need help

Make absolutely sure the battery terminals are shiny clean, none of that black corrosion, also bend the power and ground cables, if you hear a crunching sound they need replaced, check for some blown main fuses in the power distribution box.
