What to check when none of the power windows work 2001 Chrysler T and C

Neither front window nor the rear vent windows work.  Power locks work. Fuse 28 and power window circuit breaker check ok

I read somewhere about a fuse and I took it out, waited a half minute or so and put the same fuse back in and it's worked ever since.
