how to replace serpentine belt on 98 town n country

okay I'm not seein' square that is supposed to be there...perhaps it's on the backside still trying to search the tensioner pulley and sleeve bearing~

you know I'm guessing that it isn't as scientific as it used to be...torsional spring on the axis...just have to lean into the tensioner and the belt will let loose...the bearing and new pulley will be on the new setup~ this tensioner is slightly different than what I'm used to, but same principles apply long arm or stubby like this one~....all we are trying to do is establish contact with all the pulleys without slipplin' or squealin' here~ not rocket science~
