2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7L. Putters and dies when you hit the gas

Asked by DEANO80 Jun 06, 2020 at 10:25 PM about the 2006 Dodge RAM 1500

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Friday it stalled like running out of has but I had has and
even added more just to cover bases. Then would start but
everytime I hit the gas it stalled out. Had towed home and
changed intake airflow sensor as per reading. Didn't help.
As of today will turn over but won't start. Replaced the
following today...map sensor, idle speed control sensor,
intake air temperature sensor, and throttle position sensor.
Replaced all spark plugs, punches out cats, made sure fuel
was going to fuel rail. Any ideas?

Just tested the fuel pressure and reading at 5 so I'll be taking the bed off and replacing that this weekend. Hopefully it works.

Changed fuel pump and running like a champ. I actually took the bed liner out and cut a hole instead of taking off the bed of the truck. Just put some hinges on and made a latch and replaced bed liner. Working great
