Sounds like a dead starter... or components related to such (ignition coil etc)

pulled the relay and jumped, starter works fine. also noted there is no remote for the door locks. when using the key in the door the other door locks do not operate electrically. they do operate with the master switch. also key on engine off no indicators or lights on the instrument cluster. needles do not illuminate or move when turned on.

depending how low your battery was, just jumping it is not enough. you need to get it checked to see if you have a dead cell or if you just need to put it on a trickle charger. when you have the radio on and you crank the key, does the radio shut down? that would indicate a low battery. HTH
