How get the number off my truck for the computer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to know how to get the number off of the
computer on my truck so I can order a new one and
I'm not sure how to do that. Does anyone know
how to get to it or anything?

Under the hood left side (passengers) located on the firewall rear engine area there are 3 main electrical "plugs" from the harness attached to it can't miss it !
