Dodge Ram 1500 4.7 liter motor, year 2004
– lights come on when the key is in the run
position however the engine won't crank.
We're already changed the fuel pump the
starter and the battery and the ignition
switch. What could this be?

Bad ground to the engine block that in-turn grounds the starter or starter relay bad or not getting power from the ignition
