No brakes on front

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 I replaced both front brake pads and calipers
and master cylinder I've bled them over and over and my brakes still won't
pump right it will pump hard when the truck
Is off but as soon as I start it it won't pump hard anymore every time I pump
the brakes it goes straight to the floor

Did you bench bleed the master cylinder? And have you looked to see if loosing fluid any where? Break lines, rear wheel cylinders?
