Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram SLT pick up.  When driving the truck at night, it is hard to select the correct cruise control button since they are not lit.  Are these steering wheel buttons supposed to be back-lit?  If so, could my problem be related to a blown fuse and, if so, how do I identify the problem fuse?   Thanks!

Thanks Dan! If your 04 Laramie SLT does not have back lit controls, I am certain that 03 doesn't either. Thanks!!
