Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I purchased a 2003 Dodge Ram and the seat belt light will not turn off.
There is no chime just a solid light on the cluster.  I tried replacing the
buckle itself to no avail the light persists.

I checked the harness under the seat and it doesn't appear to be missing
anything, I tried disconnecting and jumping the wires to get it to turn off and
still nothing.  I also hooked up a test light to see if the the circuit was
working and there is nothing, no power, the only wire that had power
(yellow wire with red tracer) was the one that would connect to the power
seats if I had them.  Need help its driving me nuts!

Resolved the issue, there is a wire lume under the door that the green wire with red tracer runs to, the wires had corrosion on them and became seperated. Soldered the wires together and the light is out
