2003 Dodge Ram 1500

I have the 03 ram 1500 with bad axle bearings and also
pinion gear and bearing.. not having much luck on figuring
out exactly which rear end I have to be able to get it fixed.
Any help on where to find this Information would be
appreciated..

Check in the glove box. Some trucks have a sticker with the transmission, transfer case and rear axle info. Also check the rear axle, one of the cover bolts may have a tag with some codes. I found it also may be stamped in the passenger side axle tube between the shock mount and the pumpkin in the front.
