My 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 overheated on highway truck started running rough and smoking and noticed noise. I pulled over once i came to a stop the truck killed and will not start up again. plz help

if there is no antifreeze in rad fill then try to turn the engine over if it dosnt turn get a socket and try manually off of the crank and pray it not seized I did this 5 yrs ago and had to replace engine .if it is a 4.7L that's what happened sorry.
