So just bought this 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and I like it a lot, but when I hit a bump my headlights flick off then back on. I took it to my ,enhancing and he said that it may be my switch but I looked at the switch and it's good but someone has tapped into the purple and yellow wire with what looks like speaker wire and it is ran to the back towards the back of the truck. Any help??

Check all grounds and connections make sure there tight....People who tinker with wiring (aftermarket sound and alarm systems) cause more headaches than most other issues!, you have to repair there damage before you find whats really the problem. Likely the purple, and yellow wires they spliced are a major cause locate a schematic of your Trucks light circuit and begin correcting Restore it back to original rip and strip (gently the spliced in wires) Start with this.
