03 dodge ram

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When the fans (ac/heat) on I can randomly
hear a rumbling noise that click son for about 5
sec then clicks off periodically. At first I thought
it was the compressor cause it was summer
when it started. Now that it's winter and cold I
noticed it still does it. So I'm guessing it has
somthing to do with the fan.

Yes, since they both share the same fan. U need to check it out, it might just be loose fan housing
