High idle

2003 dog ram 1500 4.7 ltr v8 put new head
gaskets on and from initial start up it has a high
idle replaced tps and IAC can't find any vacum
leaks and if I open the throttle way up it bogs down
evendors when going down the road

You realky need to do a running vacuum test, see below, copy and paste...
