High idle

I just changed the idle sensor but it's still idling
high, can't find anything on a 1999 Dodge ram
1500 on YouTube, anyone got any ideas?

With hi idle, block off mouth of throttle body, it should kill the engine. If it doesn't kill the engine, you got false air getting in there from somewhere. I agree with Jim.
