The AC condenser fan doesn't work also when my
truck is running but in park or at a light the AC
doesn't blow cold air when I get back to driving
little ways it will kick out cold air.

Replace the condenser fan motor. Replaced mine in my 06' 3.7 a few months back. Had to open the system, remove the condensor and fan as a unit, then access the motor from behind. Entire R&I process probably took about a half hour. New motor from Autozone, and a couple cans of refrigerate; I was good to go. You need that fan to pull heat away from the condenser. You get air flow while you're driving so that's why it cools off on the road. But without the fan drawing heat from it while you're at a stop, you're going to lose the cold air

Should there be a faster fan speed when the AC is on? It is possibly low on freon? I had the condenser and evaporator replaced a year ago.
