I have a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 and the AC is cold when the truck is moving but hot when idling. I thought it was maybe the condenser fan but I've only got one fan under the hood and it's always going.

From your post,check freon may be low,if you can rev up vehicle and it get ,s cool.
