2002 dodge 1500 4x4 quad radio wont go off; trucks off, keys out, doors locked, and radio still on

Something might have got latched up in the computer control module. Or in my case my auto start went loopy for a cycle. with the key off, disconnect your negative terminal on the battery and leave it off for a few minutes. Really only need like 25 seconds to reset electronics, but I take it off and go do something else(for 5-10 minutes) and then come back and install it. That might work for you. if not you may need professional help.
