Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 01 dodge ram 1500.. when I turn the truck on in the
morning my truck light will say check gauges and no oil
pressure will show... how ever of u turn the truck off and
then back on again it doesnt do it.   Also if my truck is
running low on oil.. my gauge will not tell me. I have no
leaks but I do have to add oil a tr least 1 once a week to
once every other week. Can anyone tell me what this is? I
have put alot of money into this truck to keep it running and
I dont have the money to go to a shop to get it checked for
multiple thngs.. no codes pop up either.
Another question I have is my fan will not run for my ac or
heat.. it works.. but it doesnt run.. ince in a while it will kick
in if someone slams the door shut.. but majority of the time
the fan will not work.

As far as the heat/ac, sounds like the blower motor is wearing out and the door slamming gives enough vibration to shake it and get it spinning. Could be time for a new oil level Sensor and oil pressure sending unit/sensor. As for why you're going through oil so fast, sounds like an oil leak somewhere
