Why isnt my dodge ram 1500 5.2l not firing up after changing the freeze plugs?

My truck won't do anything!

The freeze plugs have nothing to do with the starting of the engine, the culprit is usually something knocked off or broke while doing the repair, need mor info to help, battery good?, getting fire?, fuel?
