I have had two " interest " on my truck, do the buyers actually get to ask questions? is there no more kind of contact other than a button to click " interested " ?

Have had two or three people send emails via CarGurus but only with an "
interested ", do the buyers actually get to ask more than that? or is the
contact limited?

They can send you an email if they want to, and ask as many questions as they like. There are no fees via this site for listing or advertising, and communication is not at all limited, outside of spam filters. Your two "interested" parties just didn't choose to write you anything.
