If you're talking about the smooth pulley, that is actually part of the water pump once you remove the fan clutch the pulley stays on the water pump. when you buy a new water pump it will have a new pulley on it. You will need a 36mm wrench to remove the fan clutch. You should be able to rent one from the local auto parts store.
