hello guys I have  ford  Taurus and I was driving to get my med an my car shut off I can tune the key and everything comes on but when i put it in drive and stuff it goes but if I press the gas and it will go what should I do

I just brought car from this lady I only had it for 2months I told her about the problem and what it did to me she said she cant help me at all
