loss of power

I have a 2005 F-250 Powerstroke 6.0. after warming up the vehicle (about 10min) it runs great. Suddenly have loss of power. White/blue smoke. RPM’s will come up but no power. Turbo charger won’t come up. I rev the engine turbo comes up and white/blue smoke disappears. All is good then. Vehicle has 96,000 miles.
